Where is my 2FA email?

If you are not seeing your 2FA email delivered, make sure to check your spam inbox and other folders for an email from communications@wellright.com.


Outlook and other work email systems often have heightened security measures, which may delay or block the delivery of certain emails while verifying their authenticity.


If you experience issues receiving 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) emails, please contact your internal IT team to ensure these messages are whitelisted.
