How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click the Forgot Password? option from your program's designated login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a password reset link will be sent to you. Reset links are valid for 1-hour. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam box or other folders.

If the email address you enter is not attached to an Active and valid account, you will not receive a reset link. If you do not receive a reset link, you may need to complete registration or the Email Verification step. Carefully read and follow any errors that pop up to assist you.

Password Requirements:

• At least eight characters in length
• Include a minimum of three of the following mix of character types: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and/or non-alphanumeric symbols (!@#$%^&*+-=)
• It cannot be identical to your email address
• The word "password" cannot be included
