Fitness Device/App - Troubleshooting (excluding Apple Health)

If your fitness device/app data is not syncing to your WellRight account, please complete the following troubleshooting steps to restore the connection. 


1. Disconnect your device from WellRight by clicking "Disconnect" under the device's name.

2. Log out of your WellRight account and allow a few minutes for your device/app to fully disconnect.

3. Log back into your WellRight account and reconnect your fitness device/app, it can take up to 24 hours for the data to sync.


Please refer to your respective fitness device/apps "How to Connect" article.


Also, please note that for your steps to continue successfully syncing to your wellness account, the WellRight app must be opened on a regular basis. This is so the WellRight app and your fitness device/app can communicate back and forth and continue syncing your steps.
