If you are experiencing missing or inconsistent Apple Health data syncing, your Historical Fetch feature needs to be re-enabled. This feature grabs historical data that didn't sync the day of.
1. Log into your WellRight mobile app and select the Devices icon (it will look like a watch)
2. Select the Settings tab from the top of the page
3. Toggle the Apple Health switch off, then on, and leave your app open until the data has synced. This action will allow the app to grab any un-synced historical data and sync it to your wellness account.
Leave your app open until your Apple Health data has had a chance to sync. Then, continue to access the WellRight App regularly to sync your Apple Health data.
