This issue can occur if you are attempting to log in through another organization's URL. Your wellness program login page has a custom URL and the login page will be branded with your organization's logo or custom wellness program image.
If you attempt to log in through another organization's URL you will be forced to reset your password. The password reset link will redirect you to the correct URL (If the email entered is tied to an Active and valid account).
