This issue can occur if you are attempting to log in through another organization's URL. Your wellness program login page has a designated URL, and the login page will be branded with your wellness program's logo.
If you attempt to log in through a URL belonging to another organization, you will be required to reset your password. The password reset link will redirect you to the correct URL (If the email entered is tied to an Active and valid account).
