If your organization offers the option to complete an on-site health screening or designated lab and you request that this information be made available to you in your wellness program account, we will work with the lab to import this information securely.
If your organization does not utilize a lab provider you may add your biometrics values manually into your Health Profile and Health Assessment (if available).
