You can access your Health Assessment results by simply hovering your cursor over the Assessment* tab in the top navigation bar and selecting Health Profile from the dropdown menu.
The Health Profile page displays your Health Age score (compared to your biological age), as well as biometric results, risk factors, habits, and conditions.
*Depending on the program, the Assessment tab may be listed differently, such as Wellbeing Assessment, AgeGage, etc.
