IF your orgranization is offering the program to spouses and/or adult dependents they can register using one of the methods below (this depends on your organization).

  • If your organization has already created an account for your spouse/dependent(s):
    1. From the login screen, click Register.
    2. Select the "Related to Employee" option.
    3. Spouses will then be prompted to enter their information to activate their wellness account.
    4. Please ensure the employee (or primary member) email is entered into the Primary Member Email field


  • If your spouse needs to be invited (your organization did NOT create an account for your spouse/dependent(s)):
    1. Log into your Wellness account.
    2. Navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and hover over the profile icon.
    3. From the drop-down menu select Family.
    4. Click the outlined Invite button.
    5. Enter your family member's information, the email address used must be unique, and not the same as the employee.
    6. Once all the fields are filled the Send Invitation button will be highlighted. Click Send Invitation.
    7. A registration email will be sent to the email address of the family member you just added and they can set up their account through their own email address.
