IF your orgranization is offering the program to spouses and/or adult dependents they can register using one of the methods below (this depends on your organization).
- If your organization has already created an account for your spouse/dependent(s):
- From the login screen, click Register.
- Select the "Related to Employee" option.
- Spouses will then be prompted to enter their information to activate their wellness account.
- Please ensure the employee (or primary member) email is entered into the Primary Member Email field
- If your spouse needs to be invited (your organization did NOT create an account for your spouse/dependent(s)):
- Log into your Wellness account.
- Navigate to the upper right-hand corner of the screen and hover over the profile icon.
- From the drop-down menu select Family.
- Click the outlined Invite button.
- Enter your family member's information, the email address used must be unique, and not the same as the employee.
- Once all the fields are filled the Send Invitation button will be highlighted. Click Send Invitation.
- A registration email will be sent to the email address of the family member you just added and they can set up their account through their own email address.
