Your program is custom to fit your organization's wants and needs. Some programs access to Employees only, others offer it to your Spouses and Dependents. This is decided by your organization's wellness program administrator at the start of the program. 

Your organization may limit program access to those on the company insurance plan. Your program announcement and related documents will detail who has access.

You may follow up with your HR representative or wellness program leader directly to determine if you, your spouse and dependent(s) are eligible based on your program.
