This challenge encourages participants to complete a defined amount of fitness activity. This could be a simple step challenge or it can include a variety of activities like weight-lifting, Zumba, Rowing, Biking, etc. Check out the Challenge Information page to learn more.


Fitness challenges can be set as device-only step challenges. In this case, you will need to have a supported device or app synced with your account to automatically track for this challenge. IF manual tracking is not available the Action Button will say View instead of Track.
