It is important to note that we do not sync directly to your device or to the Apple Fitness app. Apple Health stores captured data from your Apple Fitness app and, in turn, syncs that data with your wellness account. 

If you are not seeing your Apple Watch data in your wellness account ensure first it is syncing to your Apple Health app. 


As an additional step, we recommend prioritizing your Apple Health data sources (i.e., choose the sources that Apple Health uses first). Please reference the Apple Support page ‘Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch’ for steps on how to complete this.
